Configuring an alert webhook for ilert

You have the option to automatically send Ekara alerts directly to your incident tracking tool ilert.

The integration is easy:

Create a new alert source for Ekara

In ilert, create a new alert source for Ekara to generate the target url of the webhook: https://docs.ilert.com/integrations/inbound-integrations/ekara

Configure the webhook integration in Ekara

1. Follow the same process as for the generic webhook

2. Select the « ilert » service.

3. Configure the URL with the ilert Integration URL that you copied beforehand:
